One of our fastest growing services over the past 2 years has been helping families with the staging process of their home before it goes on the market. Most real estate agents will ask families to clear out their closets, storage in basement, garage, etc in order to make the house show better. Metropolitan is able to come out and pick up those items and store them temporarily, and once the house is sold we can combine them with the remaining items in the home for one large move. When all is said and done, our service prices out very competitively with PODS, and by using us we alleviate the hassle of having to load your own POD and then unload it at the new home. I cannot express with words how amazing they are. We had a last minute emergency in which we could reserve the loading dock for 2 hours and they were able to accommodate by sending more moving crew to make it possible. Special thanks to Jorge Guerra and his crew for making the move super efficient! They made sure all the furnitures were fully wrapped for protection, asked us where each boxes / furnitures go and did a final walk through to make sure everything is good to go. I would highly recommend this company to everyone and would be working with them in the future
