Working with Metropolitan Moving & Storage was seamless from start to finish. They were able to squeeze in our move within 3 weeks, dropped off ALL packing materials, arrived to our home on time and assisted with additional (and unplanned packing) and STILL finished the move ahead of schedule. I cannot express with words how amazing they are. We had a last minute emergency in which we could reserve the loading dock for 2 hours and they were able to accommodate by sending more moving crew to make it possible. Special thanks to Jorge Guerra and his crew for making the move super efficient! They made sure all the furnitures were fully wrapped for protection, asked us where each boxes / furnitures go and did a final walk through to make sure everything is good to go. From the quote process, to the move, the team at Metropolitan were professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Jamier and Alex did a fabulous job loading and unloading, they are extremely hard working and accommodating in every way. I do interior design and have utilized Metropolitan for a handful of projects to receive, deliver, and install. These guys have been great. From the beginning of our moving process to the end, the Metropolitan Moving and Storage team was professional, kind, efficient, responsible, responsive..... I will highly recommend them to all our friends and family and encourage you to check them out. They provide us with a thorough estimate and because the movers were so outstanding, they completed the job super fast.
